Ok, the residents swore it would never happen but it did. The new Emergency Manager is here and he has big plans for the city and its future. First things first, he must begin with the finances. Detroit finances has been teetering on the edge to decades. It’s nothing new to hear that the city is broke…it has been broke for decades. But who is to blame?
Everyone can easily point their finger at someone else or blame someone else, but who is truly responsible for what happened to Detroit?
Honestly everyone is the blame.
How do you live in a city a watch it slowly decline, without stating your peace? Any resident paying their taxes, should be mad…I would. Or just maybe this is why not too many outside people put effort into restoring the city to how it once was. Heck, If its residence don’t care why should anyone else?
